Strategy meets action.

Die Robot drops you into a facility overrun by waves of increasingly intelligent machines. You're not just placing turrets — you're building a combat system with interlocking parts: traps that slow and redirect, gadgets that respond to threats dynamically, and defenses that evolve as the enemy adapts.

The game features a dynamic AI that routes enemies around your defenses and escalates pressure wave by wave. Every run plays differently. A progression system rewards players who refine their approach, and a boss encounter every few waves forces you to rebuild your assumptions.

An in-game communication system delivers narrative without ever pulling you out of play. No cutscenes. No interruptions.

Built to reward mastery.

Every system in Die Robot is designed to reward players who understand it deeply — there's always a more efficient setup to discover.

🤖

Dynamic AI Routing

Enemies don't just walk in a line. They pathfind around obstacles, exploit undefended routes, and coordinate as waves scale up. Your setup from wave 3 may be obsolete by wave 10.

⚙️

Interlocking Trap Systems

Traps interact. A slow field amplifies a tesla coil. A puller funnels enemies into a choke. Discovering synergies between gadgets is the core loop.

📈

Progression That Scales

Upgrades compound across a run. Each wave you survive, you bank scrap to upgrade traps or unlock new gadget slots. The system rewards adaptive play over memorised builds.

👾

Boss Encounters

Every few waves, a boss arrives with its own mechanics. Defenses optimised for standard waves often fail. These encounters force you to think reactively, not just follow a pattern.

🏆

Global Leaderboards

Every run is scored. Efficiency, wave count, damage dealt — it all feeds into a single score. Compete globally or just chase your personal best.

📡

In-World Narrative

The facility communicates through your HUD. Dispatches arrive mid-wave without breaking flow. The story plays out while you play — never demanding your full attention.

Three phases. One fight.

Every wave cycle runs through the same rhythm — and mastering each phase is what separates a clean run from a wipe.

Build phase — placing traps and defenses

Phase 01

Build

Spend scrap before the wave hits. Place traps, position gadgets, and lock down the chokepoints that matter. Every credit counts.

Defend phase — fighting off the wave

Phase 02

Defend

Enemies flood in and route around what you built. React in real time — trigger gadgets, patch weak spots, and keep the core alive.

Plan phase — reviewing and upgrading

Phase 03

Plan

Between waves, review what broke and why. Upgrade your best trap, unlock a new slot, or rethink the layout before the next hit.

Actively in progress.
